In partnership with Envision Physician Services, the South Florida Agile Association (SFAA) is excited to announce that our next conference will bring in top international and local speakers to a one-day conference in 2018. This will be an exclusive event for 100 attendees focusing on one of the key challenges facing organizations: “How to transform your company to be able to support today’s dynamic marketplace.”
**We will be donating a part of the proceeds to Broward County School Advisory Board for support of their Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) programs in our communities.

Effective transformations start from the top: Our Keynote Speaker George Labelle is well known in the South Florida community as one of the most instrumental executives to transform the culture of IPC (Subway) to a leading Agile shop. We will also feature Andres Borque, NextEra Energy’s Agile Transformation Leader. He was instrumental in taking the Agile transformation from an experimental stage in 2012 to an explosive breakthrough in 2017 of nearly 95% Agile coverage with over 180 teams working collaboratively at scale and distributed.

The second half of the conference will be focused on addressing your organization's critical agile transformation challenges. We will use an Open Space format to identify the attendee’s most important issues. Some of South Florida’s best professional Agile Coaches and Trainers will be available to answer any questions during these sessions.
